To get the longest life out of your socks and keep them looking amazing, here are our golden rules:

Do Not Iron
Do Not Dry Clean
Do Not Tumble Dry
Wash At 30 Degrees Or Less
Wash Inside Out

How Do I Choose The Right Photo?

To ensure the highest quality end product and the best crop of your photo(s) possible, please ensure you follow the guide that can be found on every personalisable items product photos.

Your Photo(s) Should:

Be High Resolution
Front Facing
Be Taken In An Even Lighting Setting
Have A Clean Background

Your Photo(s) Shouldn't:

Be Low Resolution
Have Any Part Of The Face/Head/Hair Out Of Frame
Have Any Harsh Shadows Or Harsh Lighting/Glares

  

How Many Photos/Faces Can I Have On My Personalised Photo Socks?

All of our personalised photo socks come with 3 faces included and cropped from your photo(s) at no additional fee -

How Many Photos/Faces Can I Have On My Personalised Photo Coasters?

Please see individual coaster listings for confirmation as each design may vary in number of photos that will work with set designs. However, all coasters whereby images need cropping will include 3 faces per coaster or 6 faces per set of coasters when purchased with multi-buy discount[e.g. 3 Coasters(SAVE 15%)].

How Do I Send My Photo To You To Put On My Personalised Item?

You can simply upload you photo via the Upload button on each items page.

 

Who Will Crop My Photo(s)?

All photos are hand cropped by our highly skilled graphic designers to ensure the best quality crop possible. We will not cut corners by using automated software, photo cropping tools or adding boarders around your photo(s).

 

When Will I Receive My Item?

Our lead time for production of personalised items is 1-2 working days, the items will then be dispatched on a 2-5 day delivery service so from the time of placing your order it should be with you within 3-7 working days. In most cases it is more likely to be the former of the two. However, please be aware our production lead time may extend during busy periods e.g. Christmas time so please be sure to order ahead of time during these periods to be safe!

Our express shipping option is a next day delivery service, however please be aware that this doesn't affect lead time so the dispatch date will not change, just the service the order is sent on. Therefore if ordered on express they should be with you within 2-3 working days.

 

Refunds/Returns 

As all personalised items are made to order we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. However if you have any queries or problems then do contact us via our contact page or email and we shall try our best to help you out. We also do not accept responsibility for any spelling errors, incorrect names or poor quality photos.

In the case you do send us poor photos we shall reach out before printing to help you find a better one, for a better end result. We will reach out via email so please do use the correct email address when purchasing or failure to respond may lead to continuing with the subpar photo, or in extreme cases cancellation of order. Feel free to drop us an email with your photo attached before purchasing if you're worried about the image you want to use.
