All photos are hand cropped by our highly skilled graphic designers to ensure the best quality crop possible. We will not cut corners by using automated software, photo cropping tools or adding borders around your photo(s).

IMPORTANT: In many cases(e.g. longer hair, or hair that may drape lower on one side of the face than the other) tapering the hair is a normal part of the process to give the best overall finish. If you're worried about this, please feel free to contact us for a mock-up when sending your image over, we will be happy to provide a mock-up for you so you can see the crop and make sure you're happy with it before print. However, please be warned, we do not replace or refund orders due to the cropping of your image after you have received the item. Our graphic designers are highly experienced and competent so will always crop the images the best way they see fit for each individual image. Please be aware of this before purchasing to ensure you're not disappointed with the end results as we cannot change the crop after the item has been printed.
